FAÇADE CLEANING

Cleaning the surface of atmospheric and soil contamination, oil, soot. Cleaning the brickwork of efflorescence and cement grout leftovers, including hydrophobic treatment.

 While performing regular cleaning there are used special detergents for certain kinds of surfaces: plastered, painted, stone or artificial stone, brick, ferrous and base metals, glass.

Detergents applying could be done by hand or mechanically. 

Method’s choice depends on pollution density and the size of the surface treated, on material and the façade condition, presence of decorative architectural elements that shouldn’t be treated with cleansers, and is defined by the work technology on this particular site.

To clean the surfaces mechanically there are used high pressure cleaners like “Kranzle”, “Karcher”, “Clinnet”.

Façade coating

This method includes the application of special coating on the building’s façade, but for natural stone facades. The coating gives the façade water-repellent characteristics, which prevent its damaging. The coating leaves no film and doesn’t change the façade’s color.

Window and stained glass cleaning

Cleaning of windows in areas of difficult access (impossible to reach from inside or from the ground) is made by special equipment or industrial alpinists.
